摘要
创新型人才是一种稀缺性资源,是实现创新型国家必需的支撑点。高等院校作为人才培养的主要基地,在建设创新型国家中,肩负着培养创造型人才的重任。论文通过研究地方高等院校创新型人才储备,来找出创新型人才储备的影响指标,进而构建地方高等院校创新型人才储备模型的指标体系,为高校创新型人才的储备提供参考,为实现我们国家地方经济转型升级、创新发展提供可持续资源。
Innovative talent is a scarce resource,and it is necessary to support the realization of the innovation-oriented country.Colleges and universities,as the main base for personnel training,shoulder the responsibility of cultivating innovative talents in the construction of innovation-oriented country.By researching into innovative talent reserve in local colleges and universities in Anhui province,the paper finds out the influence index of innovative talents reserves and then constructs the index system of innovative talent reserve model.The paper aims to provide a reference for the university innovative talent reserve and sustainable resources for realizing the transformation,upgrading,innovation and development of local economy in our country.
