摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备不同质量分数V掺杂的SrTiO_3光催化剂粉体(V-SrTiO_3),通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪对其结构和形貌进行表征,用亚甲基蓝(MB)催化降解实验评价其光催化活性.结果表明,V掺杂后SrTiO_3仍然保持钙钛矿结构,V5+进入晶格对Sr2+进行了替位掺杂,晶格常数变小;热处理温度升高,样品发生热团聚;V掺杂后SrTiO_3的催化活性得到了明显的提高,并随着热处理温度的升高,光催化降解率先增加后降低;当n(V)∶n(Ti)=1.5∶100,热处理温度为800℃下制备的样品催化活性高达90.5%.
V-doped SrTiO_3 catalysts powder with different vanadium contents were prepared with sol-gel method.The samples were characterized on structure and morphology with X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and laser particle size analyzer.The photocatalytic activity were evaluated by catalytic degradation experiment of methylene blue(MB).The results show that V-doped SrTiO3 still maintains perovskite structure,and lattice constant declines as the entering of V5+into lattice of SrTiO3 substitution dopes Sr2+.The increasing of heat treatment temperature causes thermal reunite of sample particles.Compared with pure SrTiO3,the V-doped SrTiO3 sample shows significantly higher catalytic activity.The photocatalytic degradation rate of V-doped SrTiO3 samples increases initially,then decreases as the rise of heat treatment temperature.The catalytic activity of the sample reaches as high as90.5% when n(V)∶n(Ti)=1.5∶100and the heat treatment temperature turns 800 ℃.
