摘要
针对非均匀环境下的雷达目标自适应检测问题,提出了一种知识辅助的杂波协方差矩阵估计方法。假设非均匀环境杂波服从协方差矩阵为随机矩阵的复高斯分布,选取逆Wishart分布作为先验分布引入,依据贝叶斯方法推导了杂波协方差矩阵的后验概率密度函数,进而得到了协方差矩阵的最大后验估计。仿真结果表明,与传统杂波协方差矩阵估计方法相比,所提出的知识辅助估计方法能够有效提升非均匀环境下的雷达目标检测效果。
Considering the adaptive target detection of radar in heterogeneous environments, we proposed a knowledge-aided method for clutter covariance matrix estimation. The clutter in heterogeneous environments was supposed to subject to complex Gaussian distribution with covariance matrix as the random covariance matrix. The inverse Wishart distribution was employed as the priori distribution. According to Bayesian methods, we derived the posteriori probability density function of clutter covariance matrix. Then the maximum a posteriori estimation of covariance matrix was obtained. The simulation results show that the proposed knowledge-aided estimation method carl effectively improve the target detection performance of radar under heterogeneous environments.
