摘要
干细胞是理想的种子细胞,具有组织修复能力强、自我更新能力强及多向分化等特征,可对多种器官损伤进行组织修复及替代治疗。而干细胞同其他体细胞一样存在衰老与凋亡的问题,会影响疾病的治疗效果,因此解决其衰老与凋亡的问题是目前亟待研究的课题。作者主要从端粒酶系统、Wnt/β-链蛋白信号通路、氧化应激等方面对干细胞的衰老机制作一综述,并思考应对干细胞衰老的策略,以达到延缓干细胞衰老甚至逆转其衰老的目标。
Self-renewal and multilineage differentiation of stem cell are thought to be the ideal seed cell,with strong repair capacity for injured tissues. However,such as any other somatic cells, stem cell is aging upon a long-term culture,then it will affect the treatment of disease. So, in order to ensure the best treatment of stem cell for disease,it is necessary to understand stem cell aging mechanisms. This review discuss the aging mechanisms of stem cell mainly from the telomerase system , Wnt/p-catenin signaling pathways,oxidative stress and so on,then we want to find the solution in order to achieve the goal of delaying stem cell senescence and even reversing the aging.
