摘要
目的:分析超声对于乳腺癌术前新辅助化疗的临床疗效评价价值。方法:选取我科2013年1月至2015年1月行新辅助化疗后手术治疗的乳腺癌患者共65例,采用彩色多普勒超声对化疗疗效进行评价。结果:化疗后乳腺癌原有病灶较前清晰、形态不规则、周边声带部分消失、内部回声增多、后方回声倾向无变化(P<0.05)。PR组化疗后肿块体积、PSV、RI、肿块弹性评分显著低于SD+PD组(P<0.05)。PR组化疗后腋窝淋巴结最大径、纵横比、PSV、RI显著低于SD+PD组(P<0.05)。以病理学对于乳腺癌化疗疗效评价作为金标准,超声疗效评价的灵敏度为87.50%,特异度为57.57%。结论:新辅助化疗后采用超声评价乳腺癌化疗疗效具有一定的临床价值。
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of ultrasound for breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods ： Total of 65 cases patients with breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgical treatment in our department from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and examined with color Doppler ultrasound to evaluate the efficacy of chemotherapy. Results ： Compared with the condition before chemotherapy, the original lesion of breast cancer after chemotherapy became clear, irregular, with peripheral vocal part disappeared, internal echoes in-creased ,posterior echo tendency unchanged （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The tumor volume, PSV, RI, mass elasticity score in PR group after chemotherapy were significantly lower than SD ＋ PD group （P 〈0. 05）. The maximum diameter, aspect ratio,PSV, RI of axillary lymph nodes after chemotherapy in PR group was significantly lower than SD ＋ PD group （P 〈0. 05）. With pathological efficacy of chemotherapy for breast cancer as the gold standard,the sensitivity of ultrasound efficacy evaluation was 87. 50% , and specificity was 57. 57% . Conclusion： After neoadjuvant chemotherapy the effi-cacy of chemotherapy using ultrasound evaluation in breast cancer has some clinical value.
