摘要
由于被动式建筑的外围护结构高度绝热,简化式的供暖成为了可能,其中一种方式就是使用水循环系统,在被动式公寓中安装2个低温供热终端(放置在公寓中心房间的暖气片和浴室的地暖)。本课题的实验和模拟的对象是2个位于挪威特隆赫姆的被动式公寓。通过2次时长分别为2周的实地测量分析了位于挪威的两个被动式公寓的特性,住户认为卧室温度过高,需要通过打开窗户来降温。使用软件IDA-ICE进行动态模拟仿真,分析了建筑内部得热、门窗的开关和暖气片的设定温度与典型气象年的供暖能源消耗和卧室温度的关系。
As the external envelope of passive building is highly insulated, the simplified space-heating (SH) distribution becomes possible. One solution is to use a hydronic distribution. Two low-temperature heating terminals are equipped in passive apartment, i.e., one radiator in each floor as well as one floor heater in the bathroom. In order to investigate the character of the passive apartment, two 2-weeks measurements are performed in two passive apartments which are located in Trondheim, Norway. The resident think that the temperature in bedroom is higher than the desired temperature and they usually open the window in bedroom to decrease the temperature. Based on the detailed dynamic simulation with IDA-ICE software, the relationship of internal heat gains, state of the door/window and temperature set-point of radiator with the energy consumption for heating in typical weather year and the indoor temperature are analyzed.
