摘要
采用田间试验比较了喷施不同次数、不同浓度GGR10植物生长调节剂对福建柏幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:喷施GGR10能够显著提高福建柏幼苗苗高、地径、全株生物量、根系生长等指标;在15~30 mg·L^(-1)浓度下,喷施GGR10的浓度及其与喷施次数的交互作用对幼苗苗高生长和地径生长有显著影响,喷施1次30 mg·L^(-1)和喷施2次25 mg·L^(-1)GGR10的苗高和地径均较大;相同浓度下喷施2次GGR10,幼苗的侧根数量、最长根长度和全株生物量均大于喷施1次,喷施2次30或25 mg·L^(-1)的效果最好。因此,在福建柏育苗实践中可考虑喷施2次25 mg·L^(-1)GGR10。
It was compared that the growth indices of Fokienia hodginsii seedlings sprayed with the GGR10 plant growth regulator on leaves with different times and densities by means of field experiments. The plant growth indices measured in this experiment included seedling height,basal diameter,biomass and root growth. The results indicated that the all above growth indices were significantly increased after spraying GGR10. When the GGR10 density from 15-30 mg · kg^- 1,the density and its interaction with spraying times played remarkable roles on the seedling height and basal diameter. The most increases of the two indices were found after spraying one time 30 mg ·L^-1 GGR10 or two times 25 mg·L^-1 GGR10. In the same density,the indices of root growth and plant biomass of seedling sprayed GGR10 with two times were all higher than those sprayed GGR10 with one time,and the treatments of spraying two times GGR10 with the density of 30 or 25 mg·L^- 1 all had the best efficiency. It was suggested that GGR10 could be used in the culture of F.hodginsii seedling with the densities of 25 mg·L^-1 and spraying twice on seedling leaves.
