摘要
介绍了煤矿瓦斯治理托管服务模式产生的背景,论证了该模式符合法律规定及满足政策要求,重点阐述了其内涵、服务内容及风险控制体系,并以瓦斯治理托管服务模式在平庆煤矿的示范应用为例,证明了该模式对发展我国煤矿安全领域的专业化服务工作具有特别的意义,具有重大推广应用的价值。
This paper described the background of the hosting service model for coal mine gas control, demonstrated thatthe model was in line with the legal regulations and met the policy requirements, and focused on its connotation, service contentand risk control system. The demonstration application of this hosting service model for coal mine gas control in Pingqing CoalMine shows that this model has special significance to the development of specialized services in the field of coal mine safety inChina and it is of great popularization and application value.
