摘要
创伤性连枷胸伴肺挫伤(FC-PC)是胸部急诊创伤中最常见的疾病,病情严重,早期容易出现急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)、急性呼吸衰竭等症状,后期容易出现肺部感染、脓胸形成等,治疗效果慢、住院时间长、费用高,若不能及时诊断及有效治疗,预后差。该文就近年来国内外在FC-PC的诊断、治疗和临床应用方面做一简要综述。
Traumatic flail chest complicated with pulmonary contusion(FC-PC)is commonly occurred in emergency of chest trauma,which may cause serious conditions.Symptoms like acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)and acute respiratory failure may occur in the early stage,and others such as pulmonary infection and empyema formation may appear in the later stage.FC-PC treatment may be time-consuming,with longer duration of hospitalization and larger medical expense.Poor prognosis may incur without timely diagnosis and effective treatment.The progress in diagnosis and treatment of FC-PC both in China and abroad is reviewed in this paper.
