大口径高速平衡炮点火具系统点火试验及理论研究

摘要 为了了解点火导线型号的不同对多点点传火系统一致性的影响,也为大口径高速平衡炮选择合适的点火导线提供参考,该文对常用的2种点火导线进行了多点点传火具的发火试验,试验结果表明:多根导线并联降阻,减小连接线长度,可以有效减小导线电阻对点火时间延迟的影响。在试验的基础上,对多点点传火管进一步进行数值模拟,验证了试验中所用24 m、10 mm^2铜导线可以有效发挥点火同步性,减小压力波强度,满足了480 mm大口径高速平衡炮对多点点传火系统性能的需求。该研究为相关大口径火炮的点传火系统设计提供了理论和试验依据。 To study the effect of ignition wire on the consistency of multi-point ignition system and to select right wire for large-caliber high-speed David gun, two types of wire were tested to gain their ignition time. The test conclusion shows that it can reduce the effect of wire resistance on the ignition delay time to parallel the wires and reduce the length of wires. Based on the experiment results, the multi-point ignition system was further numerically simulated. The 24-meter 10-square-millimeter copper wire was verified to be useful in developing the ignition synchronization and reducing the intensity of the pressure waves. This kind of wires can effectively meet the demand of the large-caliber high-speed 480 mm guns and ensure the performance of the multi-point ignition system. This study provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the related research of large caliber gun ignition system.
