摘要
目的:研究分析血液标本采集对生化检验结果的影响。方法:选择2015年3月至2016年3月在我院进行血液生化检查的人员386例作为研究对象,采用全自动生化分析仪对参与研究者血液标本进行检测,分析采集部位、采集时机、标本溶血、送检时间对生化检验结果的影响。结果:空腹采集血液检验结果的准备率比其他时间采集血液检验结果的准确率高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同采集部位、溶血、不同送检时间的检查结果存在显著差别,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采集部位、标本溶血、送检时间均对生化检验结果有一定的影响,临床上应规范血液标本采集程序,以提高血液生化检验的准确性。
Objective： To study the effect of blood specimen collection on biochemical test results. Mecthods： 386 cases of blood biochemical examination from March 2015 to March 2015 in our hospital personnel were selected as the research object. Automatic biochemical analyzer was used for testing blood samples, and the effects of sample acquisition part, collecting time, specimen hemolysis, inspection time on biochemical test results were examined. Results： Fasting blood collected test results have higher accuracy compared with other time, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）; Different sample acquisition part, hemolysis and inspection time also showed significant differences on the test results （P〈0.05）. Concltsion： Sample collecting part, specimen hemolysis, inspection time all have certain effects on biochemical test results, the clinical blood specimen collection procedures, should be regulated to improve the accuracy of the blood biochemical test.
