摘要
为求取锥筒形侧浇浇包中金属余液在现底前、后的体积和体心矩,本文采用了“锥体平面解析法”。其方法是将余液形成的斜截圆锥台的体积和体心矩的三维问题转化成千面解析几何中求面积和面心矩的平面问题来求解,从而简化了计算过程。
A calculating method is employing the concept of plane analytic geometry for obtaining the relations between the volumes and the volumetric centroids of the residual molten metal in a side dump conic ladle before and after the ladle's bottom shows is presented.The principle of the method that an inclined truncated conic column formed from the residual molten metal and truncated by an inclined plane, the metal's upper surface, can be divided into several parts, the inclined elliptic cone, the inclined segmental elliptic cone, the circular cone and the segmental circular cone. With this method, the 3-D problem will be reduced to one of plane analytic geometry and the calculation is significantly simplified.
