摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜对比分析了60Si2Cr VA弹簧钢拉伸试验后出现的两种断口,研究造成试样面缩率低的原因。试验结果表明:面缩率低的试样断裂源出现在试样表面,而且呈沿晶脆断特征,这与试样表面脱碳以及过渡层组织有网状铁素体有关。
Analyzing and contrasting the fractures after tensile test for 60Si2 Cr VA spring steel by means of electron microscope to study the low reduction of area of the sample,the result showed that the fracture was on the surface of the sample,which had the feature of intercrystalline brittle fracture. It was related to decarbonization on the surface of the sample and network ferrite in the microstructure of the transition layer.
