摘要
加快我国中部地区农村工业化,是促进我国工业化进程、培育我国经济增长新动力的必然选择。我国中部地区农村工业化依然存在着资源配置扭曲、产业转移受到限制、外商投资不足、人才和资金制约、观念思想陈旧等一些现实困境。在未来发展过程中要做到:改变政府职能,做到有所为有所不为;积极宣传创新创业,形成较好文化氛围;打破地区市场壁垒,实现区域协同发展;增强金融扶持力度,设立农村工业化专项基金。
To speed up the rural industrialization of Central China is an inevitable choice to promote the process of China＇s industrialization and to foster the new power of economic growth in China. There are still some practical difficulties in the rural industrialization in the central region of China, such as the distortion of resource allocation, the restriction of industrial transfer, the shortage of foreign investment, the restriction of talents and funds, and the old ideas, etc. In the course of future development should do the following： first, change the government functions, do something for something in the future; secondly, actively promote the in- novation and entrepreneurship, to form a good cultural atmosphere; again, break the regional market barriers, to achieve regional coordinated development; finally, strengthen the financial support, to establish special funds for rural industrialization.
