麻醉深度监测仪监测下不同浓度的七氟醚在老年麻醉中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨评价麻醉深度监测仪监测下不同浓度的七氟醚在老年麻醉中的应用效果。方法纳入2013年6月~2015年6月本院拟行全身麻醉的老年患者共60例。使七氟醚呼气末浓度依次稳定在最低肺泡气有效浓度(MAC)0.6 MAC、1.0 MAC、1.3 MAC,各浓度均维持15min,记录麻醉深度监测仪监测过程中脑电双频指数(BIS)、动脉血压、血氧饱和度、体温。结果与麻醉前比较,0.6 MAC、1.0 MAC、1.3 MAC的BIS、动脉血压、体温值均降低(P〈0.05);1.0 MAC、1.3 MAC的BIS、动脉血压、体温值低于0.6 MAC(P〈0.05);1.0 MAC、1.3 MAC的术中BIS、动脉血压、血氧饱和度、体温值比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),0.6 MAC、1.0 MAC、1.3 MAC的心率显著高于麻醉前,术后动脉血压显著低于麻醉前(P〈0.05);0.6 MAC的术后清醒拔管时间、术后心率均显著低于1.0 MAC及1.3 MAC,术后动脉血压显著高于1.0 MAC及1.3 MAC(P〈0.05);不同麻醉深度术后的血氧饱和度比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论术中麻醉深度监测仪监测显示随着七氟醚浓度增高BIS、动脉血压、血氧饱和度、体温值降低,麻醉深度监测仪具有良好的临床麻醉应用前景。 Objective To investigate the evaluation of depth of anesthesia was monitored by different concentrations of sevoflurane application results in older anesthesia.Methods From June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital undergoing general anesthesia in elderly patients with a total of 60 cases.So that end-tidal sevoflurane concentration was followed by stabilization at the lowest effective alveolar gas concentration(MAC) 0.6 MAC,1.0 MAC,1.3 MAC,each concentration remained 15min,recording monitor anesthesia depth monitoring process bispectral index(BIS),arterial blood pressure,oxygen saturation,body temperature. Results ompared with before anesthesia,the BIS,arterial blood pressure,body temperature value in 0.6 MAC,1.0 MAC were lower than 1.3 MAC(P〈0.05).The BIS,arterial blood pressure,body temperature in 1.0 MAC,1.3 MAC were lower than 0.6 MAC(P〈0.05).The intraoperative BIS,arterial blood pressure,oxygen saturation,body temperature comparative value of the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05),the heart rate in 0.6 MAC,1.0 MAC,1.3 MAC were significantly higher than before anesthesia,postoperative arterial blood pressure was significantly lower than anesthesia(P〈0.05).Postoperative 0.6 MAC awake extubation time,postoperative heart rate were significantly lower than 1.0 MAC and 1.3 MAC, postoperative arterial blood pressure was significantly higher than 1.0 MAC and 1.3 MAC(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation different depth of anesthesia after surgery(P〉0.05). Conclusions Intraoperative monitoring depth of anesthesia monitor display with sevoflurane concentration increased BIS,arterial blood pressure,oxygen saturation,body temperature values decrease,the depth of anesthesia monitor has a good prospect of clinical anesthesia.
