摘要
通过文献资料法、田野调查法以及访谈法等研究方法,对肇庆地区的民族传统体育发展现状进行调查研究,其发展主要存在以下问题:各项目发展不平衡;民族传统体育的本质发生改变;民族传统体育文化内涵发生偏移.针对以上存在的问题,提出以下建议:政府要加大对民族传统体育发展的支持力度;社会民众要提高对民族传统体育的关注度;民族传统体育自身要改良.
Literature review, field survey and interview are employed to make a research in the development of national traditional sports in Zhaoqing area. The following problems exist in the development of these traditional sports： the development of the items is not balanced; the essence of the traditional sports has changed; the cultural connotation of traditional sports has been altered. It is suggested that the government should enhance the support of traditional sports; Chinese people should pay more attention to traditional sports; some reforms should be taken to the traditional sports.
