摘要
大学生宿舍方便学校的统一管理的同时也因学生间的互动对话形成了特有的宿舍文化,增进了大学生之间的感情。正确对待宿舍文化并采取行之有效的方法加以引导能够更好地完成学生养成教育功能及建设。本文将在介绍宿舍文化与养成教育的概念后探讨两者之间的影响,并提出利用宿舍文化提高养成教育的有效策略,对当前的养成教育建设具有一定的参考价值。
University students＇ dormitories are conducive to unified management, and students＇ relationship in dormitories leads to the formation of dormitory culture that enhances their relationship. Correctly treating dormitory culture and adopting effective methods to guide it can promote the better construction of students＇ cultivation education. This paper will introduce the definitions of dormitory culture and cultivation education, explore their mutual influence, and propose the effective strategies to improve cultivation education through dormitory culture, aiming to provide some references for the current cultivation education.
