摘要
近年来,国家连续出台一系列政策助推休闲农业持续健康发展。2012年底云南省提出实施"庄园经济"发展战略,昆明市"十二五"规划支持企业打造100个都市休闲农庄。当前正值昆明市休闲农业发展的大好时期,从迈出大力发展休闲农业的步伐到近五年期的建设与发展后,昆明休闲农业的发展取得了初步成效,但同时也存在一些建设期遇到的瓶颈问题。本文结合对昆明市各县(市)和城区、城市边缘地区近20个休闲农业项目的实地调查、参观访谈,定性分析了昆明市休闲农业的发展现状及发展中宏观、微观层面上存在的问题和相应的对策。
Recently, Chinese government has introduced a series of policies to improve the healthy and sustainable development of agritourism industry. Additionally, the government of Yunnnan Province implemented the strategy of manor economy in 2012 and the government of Kunming city has promised to do favors for the enterprises to put building a hundred urban farms into effect here in Kun-ming during the period of the twelfth fiveyear plan. As a result of the opportunity, now it is a right time to develop the agritourism in Kunming. It has gone for nearly five years since the government took the first step to bring the strategies into force seriously, there are not only the primary effects we gain successfully but also some negative problems we are faced at present. At last, the qualitative analysis in this paper is mainly about the current situations of the development of Kunming＇ agritourism, the corresponding issues in both macro and micro scope as well as how to cope with these problems based on the investigation toward at least 20 samples.
