摘要
介绍一种即热式热泵热水器水箱均流器的结构,利用有限元方法模拟验证水箱中加热管位置的合理性,分析6种设计流量下水箱的温度分布和热水输出率,并将其中5种流量下的模拟情况与测试数据进行对比。结果表明:采用均流器可以实现很好的分层效果,有效提升竖式水箱的热水输出率至80%以上;模拟结果与实际测试结果最大误差率在3%以内,模拟模型可以真实反映试验结果。
A water distribution device used in water tank in the instant heat pump sysem is introduced ,and finite element method is used to verify the rationality of the posiion of the heating tube .The temperature distribution in the water tank and hot water output ratio under six kinds of designed flow rates are analyzed .Compared the simulation results under five kinds of flow rates with the experimental ones ,the results show that the application of this water distribution device can lead to a good stratification and effectively improve the hot water output ratio of vertical located water tank to over 80% .The variaion ratio between the simulation and experimental results is less than 3% ,so this simulation method can reflect real test results .
