摘要
目的探讨风险管理在急诊剖宫产患者中的应用价值。方法按照随机数字表法将82例急症剖宫产患者均分为两组:对照组41例患者给予常规护理干预,观察组41例患者给予风险管理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理综合评分较对照组显著提高,护理不良事件发生率和护患纠纷发生率均较对照组显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者满意度达到了97.56%,与对照组的85.37%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予急诊剖宫产患者风险管理,可以有效减少护理不良事件和护患纠纷发生率,促进护患关系和谐,提高患者满意度。
Objective To study the application value of risk management in the nursing of patients with emergency cesarean section. Methods 82 cases of patients with emergency cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cas-es in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention, the observation group adopted the risk management, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing comprehensive score in the observation group was obviously increased compared with that in the control group, the incidence rates of nursing adverse event and nurse-patient disputes were obviously decreased compared with those in the control group, and the differences had statisti-cal significance （P〈0.05）, there was an obvious difference in the satisfactory degree between the observation group and the control group （97.56%vs 85.37%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk management for patients with emergency cesarean section can effectively reduce the incidence rates of nursing adverse events and nurse-patient dispute, promote the harmonious re-lationship between nurses and patients and improve the satisfactory degree of patients.
