摘要
某1.4 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置分馏塔为防止分馏塔顶部铵盐沉积,减少因分馏塔结盐造成的操作波动,在塔顶部注入铵盐分散剂。运行结果表明,加入型号为HG-09铵盐分散剂,装置运行2个月后,产品收率无明显变化,不影响装置的产品分布。分馏塔未结盐、未堵塞、未冲塔,分馏塔顶循环系统机泵、换热器及管线等设备未产生明显的腐蚀破坏。
To prevent ammonium salt deposition on the top of the fractionating tower of the 1.4 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit, and reduce operation fluctuation caused by fractionating tower salt deposition, ammonium dispersing agent was injected at the tower top. The operation result showed that, after addition of FG-09 ammonium salt dispersing agent and operation for 2 months, product yield had no obvious change, and product distribution was not influenced. Fractionating tower was not salt deposited, not blocked and not flooded. There was no obvious corrosion damage occurred on the fractionator top circulation system pumps, heat exchangers and pipelines.
