摘要
高校辅导员职业能力大赛,以赛代训,以赛促建,是高校教育工作的一项重大创新。其不仅为参赛选手提供了检验自我查找不足的机会,也给高校辅导员搭建了相互学习相互交流的平台,对于辅导员职业能力提升和队伍建设具有重要意义。一名合格的高校辅导员,不仅要热爱辅导员事业,增强辅导员的职业认同感,还要勤学习多思考,树立终身学习的理念,同时要加强思想引领,把辛苦转化为成果,把经验上升为科学。
College counselors ’ vocational ability contest is an innovation to improve higher education, which uses the way of competition instead of training. The contest not only provides an opportunity for contestants to make reflection, and also build a platform for them to exchange ideas and practice. It is of significance for the team construction of college counselors. This paper suggests the college counselors to keep learning and strengthening thinking.
