深基坑土石坝底部关键部位施工技术研究

摘要 长河坝水电站基坑开挖方量约320万m^3,上下游宽约900 m,开挖深度达30 m以上,基坑开挖与其他施工之间的干扰大。基坑底部的防渗墙施工、廊道施工、墙下帷幕灌浆施工、覆盖层灌浆施工及质量检查等工序之间有着紧密联系,故基坑施工必须合理计划,否则将影响电站的直线工期。对长河坝水电站基坑底部关键部位的施工流程和主要施工技术进行了详细的介绍。 The excavation volume of foundation pit in Changheba Hydropower Station is about 3.2 million m3, the width of foundation pit along upstream and downstream channel is about 900 m, and the excavation depth is more than 30 m. The interference between foundation pit excavation and other construction is serious. Because the cutoff wall constructions, gallery construction, curtain grouting under cutoff wall, grouting in deep overburden and quality inspection are closely connected, the constructions in foundation pit must be reasonably planned in order to avoid the delay of construction duration. The construction process and main construction technologies of key parts of dam in foundation pit of Changheba Hydropower Station are introduced in detail.
