摘要
总结大渡河中游康巴藏区水电开发过程中的实践经验,综述了该区域受人文、地理环境的影响,水电移民实际工作与行业规范标准存在的差异和工作特点,并就如何做好藏区移民工作进行反思。
The experiences of hydropower development in Kangba Tibetan area of the middle reaches of Dadu River are summarized. Because affected by the factors of humanities and geographical environment, the hydropower resettlement in Kangba Tibetan area is different with the Specifications. The features of hydropower resettlement in Kangba Tibetan Area are summarized, and the reflections on how to implement hydropower resettlement in Tibetan area are also presented.
