摘要
以纳帕海原生沼泽、沼泽化草甸、草甸和耕地为研究对象,研究雨季和旱季土壤养分与酶活性,以揭示土壤养分和酶活性的季节动态,反映其对湿地退化的响应。结果表明:除有效磷外,土壤有机碳、全氮、有效钾和碱解氮含量呈现为雨季高于旱季;土壤脲酶活性呈现雨季低于旱季,但蔗糖酶活性除原生沼泽外,雨季高于旱季;且各个演替阶段中土壤养分和酶活性的季节变化幅度不同。相关关系分析表明,土壤养分与酶活性成显著正相关或是显著负相关。
The marshes, marshy meadows, meadows and arable land in Napahai wetlands were selected to study the soil nutrients and enzymes activities in rainy and dry seasons, to reveal the response of seasonal dynamics of soil nutrients and enzymes activities to wetland degradation. The results showed that in addition to the effective phosphorus, the contents of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, available potassium and alkali solution nitrogen in the rainy season were higher than those in dry season. Soil urease activity during rainy season was lower than that in dry season, but in addition to the primary swamp, the invertase activity in rainy season was higher than that in dry season. At different succession stages, soil nutrients and enzyme, activities were different in changing seasons. Correlation analysis showed that soil nutrients had significantly positive correlation or negative correlation with enzymes activities ( P〈0.05 ).
