摘要
对 3 0 7例护理缺陷进行种类剖析 ,其中护士责任心不强是导致护理缺陷的根本原因。多发生在查对、岗位责任、交接班等环节中。采取对策 :建立缺陷登记上报制度 ,抓事故苗头 ,消除隐患 ;加强科学化管理 ;进行法制教育 ,强化安全意识 ,达到杜绝事故 。
Through performing a retrospective analysis in307 cases of nursing objections, the authors argued lack of responsibility was the root of nursingobjections, which mainly occurred at nursing round checking, position responsibility and shifts. The countermeasures adopted included the building of objections recording system to remove potential ones, enhancement of scientific management and the performance of the law education to strengthen safety consciousness for the purpose of eliminating accidents and lessening nursing objections.
