摘要
为探讨高龄喉癌患者健康教育的意义 ,作者对 2 1例 70岁以上行喉癌切除术的患者在进行常规治疗同时 ,采取多种方式实施连续性分期健康教育 ,使病人掌握了一定的自我护理和保健知识 ,在各阶段能主动配合治疗与护理 ,安全度过围手术期。
In this paper the author explores the effect of health educationon old patients with laryngeal carcinoma. The author resorted all measures to carry out continuoushealth education at differentperiod for 21 over 70 year patients with laryngeal carcinoma treated with laryngectomy , treated and nursed conventionally, for the purposeof making them understand self nursing and health knowledge, actively cooperate withtreatment and nursing and at last spend peri operative period safely. It is obvious that health education plays a key role in promotion of the mental and physical rehabilita tion of old patients with laryngeal carcinoma.
