摘要
目的 探讨抑郁对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血糖及其慢性并发症的影响。方法 采用Zung氏抑郁自评量表对 13 0例住院的糖尿病患者进行调查。结果 糖尿病患者抑郁发生率高达 5 2 .3 % ,抑郁组的空腹及餐后血糖控制不良 ,各种慢性并发症发生率均明显高于非抑郁组 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 抑郁可影响Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血糖控制及其预后。护理上实施心理疏导 ,进行糖尿病知识教育 ,改善抑郁状态 ,减少并发症的发生 。
ObjectiveTo investigate the impact of depression on blood glucose and chronic complications in type II diabetes patients.Methods130 in hospital type II diabetes patients were surveyed with Zung's Self rating Depressive Scale (SDS).ResultsThe survey indicated that the incidence of depression in type II diabetes patients was 52.3%. Their blood glucose was controlled unsatisfactorily. The incidences of chronic complications were significantly higher than those in diabetes patients without depression. ConclusionDepression poses influence on blood glucose control and prognosis of type II diabetes patients. In nursing, mental education, especially education of diabetes knowledge, bettering their depression andprevention of complications are key to increasing their living quality.
