摘要
目的:为提高临床工作效率,实现合理用药,同时响应国家医改号召,减轻老百姓负担,降低药占比,设计了处方审核干预系统。方法:设计了由知识库、推理机、人机界面组成的系统,通过将电子处方与知识库进行匹配推理,给予临床处方审核提示。结果:解决了临床诊疗过程中药品过量、错误使用、药占比过高的问题。结论:新的处方审核干预系统的应用提高医院临床用药安全水平、工作效率和社会效益。
Objective： To improve the efficiency of clinical work, realize the rational use of drugs, respond to the state＇ s call of medical reform, reduce the burden on ordinary people and reduce the drug proportion, the prescription audit and intervention system is designed. Methods： The system consisting of knowledge base, reasoning machine and man-machine interface is designed. By matching and reasoning the electronic prescription and knowledge base, the clinical prescription audit tips are given. Results： The problem of drug overdose, incorrect use, incorrect use and high drug proportion in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment is solved. Conclusion： The application of the new prescription audit and intervention system improves the safety level of clinical medication, work efficiency and social benefits of hospitals.
