摘要
笔者报道急性大出血患者介入治疗的护理 ,治疗前做好术前准备及局部麻醉的护理 ;术中密切配合术者完成股动脉穿刺、保持呼吸道及输液通畅、监测生命体征等 ;术后观察穿刺点、穿刺侧肢体的皮肤颜色、足背动脉搏动及有无误栓重要脏器 ,做好相应的护理。
In this paper the authors have reported nursing of acute massive hemorrhage patients with intervention treatment. The nursing methodsinclude carefully preparing and nursing the anesthetized local before operation; during operation closely cooperating with doctors to smoothen femoral arteriopuncture, keeping respiratory tract and transfusion unobstructed and closely observating life signs; and after operation closely observing the punctured location, the skin color of arteriopunctured lateral limbs, the pulsation of dorsal dedal artery and whether mistaken embolism of key organs occurs. The corresponding nursing countermeasures have been performed.
