摘要
笔者报道肝叶切除手术治疗肝内结石的护理 ,提出护理要点包括 :做好心理护理 ,术前积极护肝治疗 ,尽量行深静脉穿刺减少静脉穿刺次数 ;术后重点观察腹腔引流液的颜色、性质、量 ,及时发现早期的并发症 ,注意防治常见的并发症如胸腔积液和切口感染。认为做好肝叶切除治疗肝内结石的手术前后护理 。
The author in this paper reported nursing measures by analyzing the nursing of patients with bepatolithiasis treated with hepatectomy. The main pre operative nursing measures included psychological attention, liver support treatment and catheterization of deep vein. The postoperative points included the close observation of drainage in abdominal cavity as well as its color, nature and amount. Much importance should be attached to early complications such as pleural effusion and incision infection. lt was concluded that the preoperative and postoperative nursing should be absolutely important to improve the curative rate and reduce complications of patients with hepatolithiasis who underwent hepatectomy.
