摘要
笔者报道 7例心脏病术后应用主动脉内球囊反搏的护理 ,阐述对患者进行全程生命体征、下肢缺血的监测 ,抗凝护理、防治感染等护理措施。无 1例发生出血及栓塞并发症 ,1例并发霉菌感染 ,笔者认为综合护理可以减少重症心脏术后应用I ABP并发症的发生 。
The author reported the nursing of 7 patients with intra aortic balloon pumping (IABP) after cardiac surgery, with nursing measures including whole process monitoring of life signs and lower extremity circulation, anticoagulant therapy and infection prevention, etc. Neither hemorrhage nor embolism complication occurred in them due to proper nursing. The author argued that synthetic nursinglessened complications induced by IABP after cardiac operation so as to strengthen the rescue and treatment of IABP.
