目的 分析某院解热镇痛抗炎药的临床应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 回顾性分析2015年1-12月某院解热镇痛抗炎药的销售金额、DDDs、DDDc、排名比等项目,并进行统计分析。结果 某院不同品规的解热镇痛抗炎药31种,季度销售金额突破万元的药品有10种;DDDc≤1元的药品占总品种数的38.7%,1元，
Objective To ptovide a reference for clinical reasonable application of Non‐steroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs by analyzing the clinical application situation of NSAIDs in our hospital . Methods Using the retrospective analyzing method ,to process statistical analysis by selecting the sales amouts of NSAIDs ,DDDs and DDDc within January‐December 2015 . Results There are 31 kinds of NSAIDs in our hospital .The quarterly sales amount of NSAIDs can exceed 10.000 RMB have 10 kinds .The drugs which DDDc is less than 1 yuan accounted for 38.7%of the total ,while between 1 yuan and 10 yuan accounted for 38.7% ,exceeding 10 yuan accounted for 22.6% . Conclusion The supply of NSAIDs in our hospital is basically reasonable .Quality drugs in clinical use widely . Clinical medication should take into account the safety ,effectiveness and economy of drugs .
