摘要
采用BET法对Al2O3载体的比表面积进行测定,分析测量过程中产生测量不确定度的主要来源,不确定度的主要来源由测量重复性、样品称量和仪器校准引起。通过对各不确定度分量进行评定,得到Al2O3载体比表面积的扩展不确定度。
The specific surface area of alumina carrier was determined by BET method, The main effect factors of uncertainty evaluation of measurement were analyzed in the process of measurement, including measurement repeatability, sample weighing and instrument calibration. And the expanded uncertainty of specific surface area of Al2O3 carrier was obtained by evaluating each main uncertainty quantity.
