摘要
分析3 Mt·a-1的FCC装置催化剂失活原因,研究使用稀酸、铵盐和稀土等进行两次交换和两次焙烧加工工艺对FCC平衡剂的影响,结果表明,经两次交换和两次焙烧处理后的平衡剂中Na含量明显降低,但Ni和V等毒物含量变化不明显,孔体积和比表面积变化不大,微反活性增加6个百分点以上。
The reasons for the catalyst deactivation in 3 Mt·a^-1 FCC unit were analyzed. The effects of treatment processes of two exchanges and two calcinations by using dilute acid, ammonium salt and rare earth etc on FCC equilibrium catalyst were investigated. The experimental results showed that the content of sodium in the equilibrium catalyst was significantly reduced after the treatment processes of two exchanges and two calcinations, While the contents of nickel, vanadium and other poisons had no change obviously, and the pore volume and specific surface area of the catalyst changed slightly. The microactivity of the catalyst was increased by more than 6 percentage point.
