摘要
笔者报道护理技术训练常见损伤情况如失眠、头痛、月经不调、手指外伤、肌肉劳损等 ,并分析其原因有外部因素和内在因素。为防止不良反应的发生 ,提出预防措施有 :合理安排训练项目及时限 ;培养良好的心理素质和身体素质 ;科学训练 ,及时进行心理疏导 。
The authors in this paper reported such common traumas in intensive technique training as insomnia, headache, irregular menstruation, finger injury, muscle overwork and so on and analyzed the internal and external causes. To prevent adverse effects, they brought forth corresponding measures: rational planningof training programs and training time, cultivation of proper psychological and physical quality, scientific training as well as psychological guidance for the purpose of promoting the role of intensive technique competition.
