摘要
目的对比鼻内镜引导下逆行泪道置管手术与鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法临床病例对照研究。对2012年1月至2014年12月泉州市第一医院收治的70例慢性泪囊炎患者进行临床病例对照研究，35例（35只眼）作为观察组行鼻内镜引导下逆行泪道置管治疗；35例（35只眼）作为对照组行鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术，随访12个月，比较两组有效率、术中出血、手术时间、住院时间。结果观察组治疗6个月、12个月后的有效率与对照组相比，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；观察组术中出血量、住院时间及手术时间等均显著短于或低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论鼻内镜引导下逆行泪道置管手术效果接近鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术，且创伤小，手术时间短，住院时间短，值得推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of surgery treating chronic dacryocystitis of retrograde lacrimal intubation guided by endoscope and endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods Seventy patients with chronic dacryocystitis were treated for clinical case-control study from January 2012 to December 2014 in Quanzhou First Hospital. Thirty-five cases as observation group were treated retrograde lacrimal intubation guided by endoscope, and 35 patients as control group with endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy, followed-up for 12 months. Then, the curative effect of two groups of intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time and operation time were compared. Results Observation group of patients reveived treatment for 6 months and 12 months after the efficient compared with the control group, there were no statistically significant difference （P 〉0.05）. Observation group of patients with intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time and operation time were significantly shorter than or lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Retrograde lacrimal intubation guided by endoscope effect close to endoscopic dacryo- cystorhinostomy, has little trauma, quick operation, short hospitalization time and it is worthy of further promotion.
