摘要
目的 观察穴位注射对剖宫产术后肠蠕动及乳汁分泌的影响。方法 将 10 0例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各 5 0例 ,对照组采用产科常规处理 ,观察组在产科常规处理基础上 ,选用足三里 (单侧 )、上巨虚 (对侧 ) ,用维生素 B1 2 和胎盘组织液混合后作穴位注射。结果 观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,差异有显著性。结论 穴位注射对剖宫产术后肠蠕动、乳汁分泌有良性调整作用。
Purpose To observe the effect of acupoint injection on postcesarean enterokinesia and lactation. Methods One hundred women who had undergone a cesarean were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. Routine obstetric treatment was administered in the control group. In addition to routine obstetric treatment, points Zusanli (unilateral) and Shangjuxu (bilateral) were selected and injected with a mixture of vitamin B 1 and placental tissue fluid in the observation goup. Results Changes in the indices showed that the effect was better in the observation group than in the control group, which had a significant difference ( P <0.01).Conclusion Acupoint injection has a benign regulating effect on postcearean enterokinesia and lactation.
