摘要
在介绍SPZ2700B/64型节段拼装架桥机设计的基础上,采用有限元法,分析了该架桥机主桁架在4种代表性工况下的强度、变形和稳定性。结果表明,架桥机主桁架在架设64 m混凝土节段梁的过程中,最大位移为428.5 mm,最大拉应力为244 MPa,最大压应力为285 MPa,最小屈曲系数为6.991。所有代表性工况下均有较大的安全储备。
This paper introduces the design of SPZ2700 B /64 type sectional assembly bridge-craft,and analyzes the strength,deformation and stability of the main truss under four representative working conditions with finite element analysis method. The results show that the maximal deformation of the main truss is 428. 5 mm,the maximum tensile stress is 244 MPa,the maximum compressive stress is 285 MPa and the minimum buckling coefficient is 6. 991 when the bridge-craft is in the erecting of 64 m sectional reinforced concrete beam,and all those indexes have enough safety reserve.
