摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗踝部骨折的临床疗效并评价其安全性。方法随机选取2014年1月—2016年1月该院收治的踝部骨折患者60例,按照随机数表法将她们均分成试验组和对照组,对照组患者30例,采取常规手术治疗,试验组患者30例,在对照组的基础上给予中医治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果及产生的不良反应。结果试验组患者的踝关节治疗优良率（90.0%）显著高于对照组患者（76.7%）,且试验组1~2 d的住院患者22（73.3%）例,显著多于对照组患者16（53.3%）,且在5~10 d的试验组患者2（6.7%）显著少于对照组患者4（13.3%）,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;两组患者未见明显的不良反应,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论采取中西医结合治疗踝部骨折患者的临床效果显著,对踝部骨折部位的愈合具有较好的疗效,对踝部骨折的功能恢复具有促进作用,且安全性较高,无明显不良反应,值得在临床应用上进行推广。
Objective To explore traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with the clinical curative effect of the treatment of ankle fractures and evaluate its safety. Methods Randomly into January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were ankle fractures in 60 patients, according to the random number table, they were divided into experimental group and control group, control group were taken conventional surgical treatment, patients in the experimental group on the basis of the control group give Chinese medicine treatment, observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients and produce adverse reactions. Results In the experimental group, patients with ankle joint treatment of excellent rate（90.0%） was significantly higher than that of the control group patients（76.7%）, and the experimental group 1~2 days hospitalized patients with 22（ 73.3%）, significantly more than the control group 16 patients（53.3%） and in 5~10 days of patients in the experimental group 2（6.7%） was significantly lower than that of the control group were 4（13.3%）,P〈0.05, with statistical difference; two groups of patients had no obvious adverse reactions, no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Take traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combination for the treatment of ankle fractures in patients with clinical effect is remarkable, of ankle fracture healing of better curative effect, function of ankle fractures recovery has a role in promoting, and the safety is high, no obvious adverse reactions, it is worth in clinical practice.
