摘要
目的探讨高通量血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2014年6月—2016年6月收治的慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者129例,依据完全随机分组法进行分组,实验组65例给予高通量血液透析治疗,对照组64例给予血液透析加血液滤过治疗,观察两组的肌酐、尿素氮、血红蛋白及白蛋白水平,比较两组的临床疗效。结果实验组治疗后肌酐(574.35±238.86)μmol/L、尿素氮(10.05±2.67)mmol/L低于对照组肌酐(690.03±251.75)μmol/L、尿素氮(15.16±3.45)mmol/L,血红蛋白(95.11±12.53)g/L、白蛋白(30.92±2.64)g/L高于对照组血红蛋白(79.57±14.36)g/L、白蛋白(26.88±4.76)g/L,其总有效率(96.92%)高于对照组(73.44%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高通量血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭尿毒症的疗效较高,效果明显。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of high flux hemodialysis on chronic renal failure patients with uremia.Methods Convenient selected our June 2014- June 2016 treated 129 cases of patients with chronic renal failure uremia,according to the grouping of completely randomized method, the experimental group, 65 cases of high flux hemodialysis treatment, 64 cases were treated hemodialysis and hemofiltration treatment, observation of two groups of creatinine, urea nitrogen, hemoglobin and albumin levels, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results In experimental group, the serum creatinine（574.35±238.86） μmol/L, urea nitrogen（10.05± 2.67） mmol/L below the control group creatinine（251.75±690.03） mol/L, ureanitrogen（15.16±3.45） mmol/L. Hb（95.11±12.53）g/L, albumin（30.92±2.64） g/L is higher than that of the control group Hb（79.57±14.36） g/L, albumin（26.88±4.76）g/L, the total efficiency（96.92%） was higher than that of the control group（73.44%）, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High flux hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure uremia patients with high curative effect, the effect is obvious.
