Experiment Investigation on Cutting Forces of Turning 42CrMo Steels with Coated Cemented Carbide Cutting Tool

摘要 在单因素条件下进行车削42Cr Mo钢的切削力试验,得到切削用量的改变对主切削力、进给力、背向力与总切削力的影响规律,分析导致切削力变化的原因,并提出车削42Cr Mo钢粗加工阶段的参考切削用量。试验结果表明:背吃刀量和进给量对主切削力的影响较大,切削速度对主切削力影响较小;背吃刀量对进给力的影响较大,进给量对背向力的影响较大,总切削力的变化规律与主切削力相似。 Effect of cutting conditions on cutting forces was investigated when turning 42 Cr Mo steel using coated cemented carbide cutting tools. The influence regularity of cutting force was obtained when cutting parameters were changed. The changing cause of cutting forces between different cutting conditions was analyzed comparatively,considerable cutting conditions were provided. The experimental results indicate that cutting depth and feed rate have larger effects on cutting forces,while the effect of cutting speed is less.The effect of the cutting depth on the feeding force is more than back force,and the feed rate exerts more influence over back force.The change of total force is similar to cutting force.
