摘要
目前,在切削加工工作中较为先进的、实用性较强的制造技术就是高速切削加工技术。在实际的工作中应用也是比较广泛的,并且就目前来看高速切削加工技术的发展前景是比较大的。在工作中使用这种技术能够大大提升工作的效率,而且切割加工的质量也能够得到保证。高速切削的优点在于速度快、精度高,有效的解决了传统切割技术中的问题。由于我国的高速切削技术起步较晚,正处在一个发展的过程中,还有许多不完善之处。文章对高速切削加工的关键技术进行详细的分析和探究。
At present,high speed machining technology is a practical and advanced manufacturing technology in machining work,which is widely applied in the actual work with bright prospect according to the development of high-speed machining technology.This technology can greatly improve work efficiency,and machining quality can be guaranteed.The advantages of high speed cutting is the high speed and great accuracy,and effectively solves the problems in the traditional cutting.Because our country started late in high speed cutting technology and is in the process of development,there are many imperfections.This paper discusses key technology of high speed machining in details.
