贝那普利结合氢氯噻嗪在治疗心力衰竭患者中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨贝那普利结合氢氯噻嗪在治疗心力衰竭患者中的应用价值。方法选择心力衰竭患者88例,随机分成试验组(贝那普利结合氢氯噻嗪治疗)和对照组(氢氯噻嗪治疗),各44例。观察两组治疗前后的左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、射血分数(EF)以及临床效果的比较。结果试验组治疗有效率为97.72%,对照组为77.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.416,P<0.05);试验组LVDd低于对照组、EF高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利结合氢氯噻嗪治疗心力衰竭患者,能够有效改善其心功能指标,提高临床治疗效果,安全可靠,值得在临床推广使用。
