摘要
目的探讨中西医结合护理对晚期肺癌患者希望水平及生活质量的影响。方法 60例晚期肺癌的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医护理干预,比较2组患者的希望水平及生活质量。结果观察组干预后的积极态度、积极行动、亲密关系及希望总体评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的躯体疼痛、社会功能、心理功能、活力等方面的生活质量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理能够提高晚期肺癌患者的希望水平,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of integrated nursing of TCM and western medicine on hope level and quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods A total of 60 advanced lung cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given integrated nursing of TCM and western medicine on the basis of control group. Hope level and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results After intervention, scores of the positive attitude, positive action, close relationship and total hope score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The scores of physical pain, social function, mental function and vitality in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated nursing of TCM and western medicine can improve the hope level and quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer.
