摘要 为保障大型储罐的安全运行,采用ANSYS WORKBENCH有限元分析软件对10×10~4m^3储罐进油管在外载荷作用下的受力情况进行分析,并把按实际结构建模的分析结果与将补强圈和罐壁简化为一体结构的分析结果进行了比较。经分析,按实际结构建模且外部载荷全部作用在接管上时接管部位的应力强度值最大,当外部载荷由阀门吊架全部承担时,接管部位的应力强度值有所降低;将补强圈和罐壁简化为一体结构且外部载荷全部作用在接管上时接管部位的应力强度值最小,简化后的结构分析结果偏于冒进。 In order to guarantee the safe operation of the large storage tanks,using finite el-ement analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH to 10×10^4 m^3 storage tank inlet pipe under the action of external loading force are analyzed,and according to the actual structure model-ing analysis results and to simplify the reinforcing ring and the tank wall as a whole structure analysis results are compared. Through the analysis, the stress intensity values of maximum when according to the actual structure and the external load effect on the pipe to take over, when the external load is borne by valves hanger, the stress intensity value of pipe reduced. The stress intensity values of minimum when simplify the reinforcing ring and tank wall is an whole structure and the external load effect on the pipe to take over, the simplified structural analysis results should be foolhardy.
