摘要
目的:为福建省制药企业的进一步发展提供参考。方法:结合福州、厦门、漳州、泉州、南平等地区制药企业的调研资料,概括福建省制药企业的整体发展情况和了解制约其发展的主要因素,并提出促进其进一步发展的措施。结果与结论:福建省制药企业的整体发展情况不容乐观,主要体现在医药政策落实不到位、企业配套服务设施不完善、人才引进机制不健全、地产药品销售因集中招标采购政策受到影响等方面;同时,企业规模偏小和利润偏低、自主研发资金投入较少、药学专业人员偏少、企业的营销能力偏弱,阻碍了其进一步发展。建议进一步强化主管机构职能,优化投资环境,完善配套服务体系和人才引进与培养机制,优选创新模式等,以促进制药企业的进一步发展。
OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the further development of pharmaceutical enterprises in Fujian province. METHODS： Combined with investigation data of pharmaceutical enterprises in Fuzhou, Xiamen, Zhangzhou, Quanzhou, Nanping, etc., the development of pharmaceutical enterprises in Fujian province were summarized and main influential factors were investigated to put forward measures for further development. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The overall development of pharmaceutical enterprises in Fujian province is not optimistic, manifesting as the implementation of medicine policy does not reach the desig- nated position; supporting service facilities is imperfect; the mechanism of talent introduction is not perfect; local drug is influ- enced by centralized bidding policy; meanwhile, small scale enterprises, low profit, little R＆D investment, few pharmaceutical professionals and weak marketing capabilities hinder the further development. It is suggested to further strengthen the authority func- tions, optimize the investment environment, improve the supporting service system, improve the talent introduction and training mechanism, optimize innovation mode to promote the further development.
