金属基POC降低轻型柴油机排放的试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Metal-based POC Applied in Diesel Engine Aftertreatment

摘要 在柴油机试验台架上开展了金属基POC载体的应用研究,并与陶瓷基载体进行了对比。试验结果表明:在载体的体积及目数、涂层性质相同时,金属基载体POC在ESC测试循环中的平均排气背压比陶瓷基高15%左右;在ESC及ETC排放试验中,二者的发动机气态污染物排放值相差不多,但金属基载体POC的颗粒排放比陶瓷基POC要低很多,金属POC是陶瓷POC的57%(ESC循环下)和66%(ETC循环下);另外从最大颗粒物承载量来说,金属基POC是陶瓷基POC的1.5倍。 The experimental study on Metal -based POC carrier applied in light-duty diesel en- gine was carried out, and Ceramic -based POC carrier was also introduced as a comparison. The re- sults suggested that with the same volume and mesh, and same washcoat, the exhaust back-pressure of ceramic-based carrier in ESC cycle was lower than Metal-based, decreased by about 15%. The gaseous emissions were almost the same for Metal -based and Ceramic-based carrier in ETC and ESC cycles, but PM emissions of ceramic-based POC was 1.5(in ETC) times and 1.75 (in ESC) times higher than metal-based carriers.
