双Endobutton钢板微创内固定治疗Rockwood Ⅲ～Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨双Endobutton钢板微创内固定治疗RockwoodⅢ~Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法回顾性分析自2013-02—2015-04采用双Endobutton钢板微创内固定治疗的22例RockwoodⅢ~Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位。结果 22例均获得随访6~18个月,平均12个月。患者肩关节活动恢复正常,均未出现内固定松动、再次脱位等。术前肩关节功能Constant-Murley评分（59.09±4.25）分,术后3个月（93.41±1.50）分,术后6个月（94.90±1.34）分;术后3个月Constant-Murley评分较术前明显增加,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）;术后6个月Constant-Murley评分与术后3个月比较差异无统计学意义（P=0.072）。末次随访时疗效采用肩关节功能Constant-Murley评分标准评定：优20例,良2例。结论双Endobutton钢板微创内固定治疗RockwoodⅢ~Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位充分发挥了微创技术的优势,由于创伤小、固定可靠、功能恢复理想、术后无需二次手术取出内固定等优点使患者容易接受。
