Renovation of the High-speed Motor in Drum-shape Rotary Filter System with Frequency Conversion Technique

摘要 鉴于鼓形旋转滤网主要将海水经格栅处理后的细小杂质取出,将悬浮物捞出水面就行除污,保证后续的水泵和传热设备的正常运行,为了改善鼓网电机启动性能,减少设备机械冲击,对其进行变频改造,采用ABB变频器和变频电机实现对鼓网的转速控制。经实践验证,此方案能有效保护机械设备,提高清污效率。 The drum-shaped rotary filter system is an important part for the normal operation of the water pump and heat transferring device by removing the small impurities in the seawater after the trash racks. In order to improve the starting performance of the filter motor and reduce the mechanical impact, a renovation is carried out on the filter motor with fre- quency conversation technique. The ABB frequency converter and frequency conversion motor are adopted to control the speed of the filter. Practice shows that the mechanical devices are effectively secured and the filter efficiency is largely improved after the renovation.
